To know the importance of a measure in your climate plan, it is important to link (correct) CO₂ savings to it. By doing so, you will get an idea of which measures are most important and, therefore, on what you need to focus. 🔍
Under “Carbon”, you can fill in the annual CO₂ savings per Key Performance Indicator (KPI) , which is laid down per measure. An example is a measure having annual CO₂ savings of 1 tonne of CO₂ per household (for roof insulation).
Thereafter, the graph gives an estimate of the expected CO₂ savings for the entire measure (for every year of the measure). For the purpose of not making our tool needlessly complex, we take a linear execution (= objective equally spread over the chosen time period) as the point of departure.
That’s it! From now on, you can focus on executing the measure so that you can finalise it successfully 😉
