This is the case if you have not yet entered your municipal consumption in the document calculating your emissions. You can see an example of one of these tables here.

In this case, your municipal consumption is included in the Tertiary sector (for buildings) and in the Transport sector (which includes the emissions linked to your municipal fleet). 

If you enter your municipal consumption correctly in the tool for calculating your emissions, it will be deducted from the Tertiary and Transport sectors, and included under the Municipal Authorities sector. Reload your data in MWh in Futureproofed and you're done!
