This happens when you have not filled in your city’s consumption separately in the Flemish LNE tool (here). In this case, your city’s consumption is included under “Businesses” and “Private transport”. If you have entered your municipality’s consumption into the LNE tool correctly, this will be deducted from the city’s. You will then only need to upload the table in MWh.
