Before or during the start-up session of FutureproofedCities in your city or municipality, you will be invited by mail. Then there are 3 first short steps before you end up in FutureproofedCities:
Open your mail "Welcome to FutureproofedCities!" (Which can sometimes end up in your junk mail).
There is a link in that mail. Click on it to log in.
Choose your new password.
You've made it ... Welcome to FutureproofedCities!
Change your profile
Before you start working with the app, there are 5 more small steps.
Go to the top right of your screen. There you will find a gray square. Click here.
Select "My profile".
Fill in your name.
Choose your language.
Save it by pressing "Save".
Ah, it's so much better to know your name 😊
If you click on the gray square again later (which shows the first letter of your name now), you will see the menu in your chosen language.
You can always change your password here. Are you an Administrator for your city? Then you can also "Manage users" (add or edit users). You can find our API under "API docs", more inspiration on our "Blog", more help under "Help", and by clicking on "Logout" you will log out.

How to log in next time? Just go to our website or directly to app.futureproofed.com/login and you're good to go!
