Welcome to FutureproofedCities! This article will explain you the main lines of the tool, so you can start working with it. Don't worry, you will also find more detailed articles if necessary 😊.

If you click on "Dashboard", you will get an overview of all the information within the app. You'll first see a graph that shows the previous and predicted carbon emissions (these last ones are based on the measures in your tool). It also provides an overview of recently added measures and actions.

If you click on "Measures", you will see all the measures in your city, including their cost and carbon savings, the weight and the progress of each measure. You can also choose to publish measures here. Discover more about measures and how to make one here.

The tab "Actions", gives you an overview of all the actions that you organise. Actions are specific events or steps that help realising one or more measures. You can assign them to a responsible, give them a status and choose whether you want to publish the action. Discover the difference between a measure and action here or find out more about actions and how to make one here.

Clicking on "Analysis", will give you an overview of a number of interesting graphs. You can monitor the progress of your measures, compare the impact of measures, compare the sectors, monitor the cash flow, monitor the savings, etc.

If you click on "Activity", you will see all recent activities of you and your colleagues within your account.

The "Community" provides inspiration and a forum to ask questions and share experiences with climate policy with users from other cities or municipalities.

The tab "Public page", shows you how to browse to your public page and adjust or embed it. With the exception of this public page, the rest of the tool remains only accessible to registered users.

Under "Data input", you can import your non-measure-specific data, like population data of energy uses in your city.

If you click on the gray square with the first letter of your name, you can manage your account, find API docs and find our Help Center.

On every page of the app you will find a chat icon at the bottom right. Click on it to send us a message, ask for help or give feedback. We reaaally like you feedback! 😇

And now? Let's go for it!
