Will your municipality soon start with Futureproofed? Super! We would like to welcome you to our community 😊

For each new city or municipality we provide a start-up meeting of 4 hours so that you and your team can get to know Futureproofed (FP). This contains two parts.

How does the tool work? How do you fill in your climate plan? We are already trying to put as much information as possible from your climate plan into the tool. 

Practical

It's always good to be able to send us the latest version of your climate plan and other useful documents (such as the baseline measurement) in advance. Preferably with details about figures, measures, savings... So we can prepare ourselves and help you as much as possible on the day itself 😉. 

It's also good if you can bring your own laptop on D-Day and provide a beamer and Wi-Fi connection.

How is the climate policy going so far? What are the challenges? How are you going to use FP? Who gets which access? How will internal and external communication work? 

Practical

This part makes it interesting to invite people from other services (mobility, housing, heritage, communication, economy, ...) and, if necessary, the responsible alderman. 

One laptop per person is not necessarily required here, but a beamer and Wi-Fi connection should be present.
